Local triathlete and Physical Education teacher at a Marbella school. She has been practicing this sport since she was 18 years old. She has participated in various triathlon, duathlon, and aquathlon events. She has competed in different distances (supersprint, sprint, Olympic, middle and long) and levels (regional, national and international). Her most outstanding achievements include several podium finishes in Spanish and Andalusian Championships in age groups and recently, gold at the Torremolinos World Championships in the relay modality.
18 years of experience practicing Triathlon. 8 times selected to represent Andalusia in the Spanish Championship for Autonomous Selections (with 3 national podiums). Several podiums at national and Andalusian level both individually and as a team. Participant in numerous international events (European Championships, Duathlon World Championship and Elite Triathlon European Cups). High Performance Athlete (BOJA, 2016-2021). Graduated in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport. Master's in Teaching. Master's in Special Education.

My name is Lourdes and I have a degree in physical education. I have been passionate about sport since I was little and I have always been involved in it, whether through hobbies, leisure or work. But above all I have felt like an athlete for the last 5 years, due to my introduction to the world of cycling and, in turn, from there, to the world of triathlon, which has opened up a new world of possibilities and enjoyment for me, which I hope will continue for many more years.
She has been a long-time fan of this sport, being the first local triathlete in Marbella. She loves long distance running, having finished in numerous national and international events. She has also competed in Sprint and Olympic distances.
